“ We’d had an appointment at the doctors over at Vithas Octubre 9th and when we left we were looking for something good for lunch. I guess hospitals just make us hungry :) Well, let me tell you the answer was right around the corner at Restaurant San Pau! The service was fast and friendly, the lady was so smiley and welcomed us. We had the daily menu del dia (it was posted online with todays’ date!), I really enjoyed ensalada de queso de cabra as my first and my hubby got the ensaladilla rusa and it too, was delicious! He had then had a burger, I had the chicken burger and both were tasty. Being greedy and wanting a sweet bite, we each chose postre, we decided to keep being cheesy and have the flan de queso! Good Lord it was absolutely scrumptious - silky, rich and fabulous. The price was reasonable and although we wanted burgers (comfort food), they had some additional menu del dia selections that were very imaginative and sounded superb! In fact, I was so impressed with my goat cheese salad, that I took a picture. And it was so delicious, I forgot to take any more! The restaurant is quite large and has a nice outdoor terrace for pretty weather and plenty of space inside - the food is lovely so if you wanted to have a work event here, I think it would be perfect. If you’re going to the doctor and want a nice lunch afterwards, walk around the corner to San Pau, it’s excellent and we will definitely be back! ”
